Payment
All of our packages are shipping with extensive tracking. We are not responsible for porch pirates or family members or neighbors stealing your packages. If you do NOT have a safe way to have your package delivered to your home then consider using a UPS access point. We ship only via UPS or USPS tracking. We will happily add signature and insurance if you wish this. In all cases of theft or loss you must file a claim with UPS. We will ensure your product is always sent on time and trackable.
We never charge a credit card until your order is ready to ship.
We have other payment options we can workout with you if you do not have a credit card including eChecks and other payment methods. We always offer a money back guarantee.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Cost: varies based on how fast you want your order delivered and can find more information on our telegram for all orders within the USA. This rate was recently increased due to UPS shipping price increases on our Shippo platform.
We process orders Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 4PM PST. Cutoff for same day shipping is 3PM.
We do not charge your card or account until the day your order ships. We do not process any order unless we have stock.
All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, ALWAYS WITH TRACKING.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. We cannot refund at a later date if you suddenly need cash. (Yes, we've been asked)
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 24 hours of delivery.
